Mico Donnel Siplon holds a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English and is a licensed professional teacher from the Philippines with over 14 years of teaching experience, including four years in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. He has taught IB English A: Language and Literature and Theory of Knowledge (TOK) while serving as an IB Diploma Programme Coordinator, leading curriculum implementation, assessment, and teacher development. Prior to the IB, he taught Cambridge A Level English Language, ESL, and college entrance examination courses, giving him extensive experience supporting learners from diverse academic backgrounds.
Mico has guided three IB cohorts, with his English A: Language and Literature students consistently achieving grades of 6 and 7 since the May 2023 examination session. She will be studying BSc Psychological and Behavioural Science at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He currently teaches IB Diploma Programme Mathematics: Analysis and Approaches (HL & SL) at SIS PIK and has previously taught at Sekolah Bogor Raya, worked as a Mathematics Teaching Assistant at Jakarta Intercultural School, and served as the Mathematics Teachers Coordinator and Trainer at Ko Indra Tutorial. Having completed both IB Mathematics Category 1 and Category 2 workshops, he has extensive experience preparing students for IB examinations, supervising Internal Assessments, and helping students achieve their academic goals. His teaching philosophy emphasizes conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and independent problem-solving rather than memorization, enabling students to develop confidence while mastering challenging mathematical concepts. Muhammed Haaris is a UK-qualified Science teacher with over 10 years of experience teaching in leading international schools. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science and UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), with extensive experience teaching Science across international curricula.
He specialises in IB Biology, MYP Science and General Science. Having worked alongside experienced IB educators and trainers in the UAE & Kuwait, Haaris has developed a strong understanding of IB teaching, assessment and inquiry-based learning, enabling him to support students in achieving their academic goals with confidence.
As a former IELTS examiner, Haaris also provides outstanding support for ESL and EAL students, helping them strengthen both their academic English and subject knowledge. He is known for his calm, engaging and student-centred teaching style, tailoring every lesson to the individual learner while building confidence, exam technique and a genuine understanding of science.

Mukul has tutored more than a thousand students (both Online and Classroom teaching in person) all over the world. He has worked as an Academic Tutor with Revision Village and Crimson Education, supporting school students for IB and AP exams. Previously, he held Academic Head and Academic Director positions at Tutela Education. He had also gained experience working as a Math Instructor at The Princeton Review where he worked on improving test scores by inculcating time management skills and test taking strategies.
