I am an internationally certified mathematics educator with seven years of full-time teaching experience, having worked with more than 500 students across Asia, the Gulf, and Europe. I specialise in IB Diploma Programme Mathematics (AA & AI at SL and HL), AP Calculus (AB & BC), SAT Math, IGCSE, and MYP — delivering results-driven, concept-first tuition for secondary, high school, and undergraduate students.

Teaching is in my DNA. Coming from a third-generation teaching family, I did not simply choose this profession — I was shaped by it. I began tutoring school and college students during my own graduation and have been doing it full time since July 2019, first across Asia, and then expanding into the Gulf and Europe, broadening my expertise to include IGCSE and AP alongside IB.

My approach goes beyond exam preparation. I build mathematical thinkers — students who understand the why behind every concept, develop strong analytical reasoning, and walk into examinations with genuine confidence. Ala graduated from IB in May 2023 with a score of 42/45 and is now pursuing a career in biomedical studies. Her field of study incorporates Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics – the subjects she took at a higher level in IB. She achieved a grade of 7 in each of those, which shows her comprehension of the curriculum. Ala ensures sessions with her students are focused and flexible by creating a tailored study plan for each student and preparing for the lessons diligently. Anant is a tutor currently studying Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST).
