With over 15 years of expert tutoring experience across IB, IGCSE, SAT, and ACT curricula, I specialize in guiding students through the complexities of Math and Physics. Having worked within the IB world since 2009 and serving as an active IB Physics Examiner, I provide an insider’s perspective on mastering assessment criteria. My students consistently achieve excellence, maintaining average scores between 6 and 7 in both IB Physics and Mathematics. This proven track record, combined with a deep understanding of MYP and IP pathways, ensures every learner is equipped to reach their highest academic goals.

Daniel is a passionate, high-achieving tutor currently pursuing his Medical Degree at the University of Nicosia. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with honors from the prestigious American University of Beirut (AUB), where he built a strong foundation in the physical sciences, analytical reasoning, and academic research.
In recognition of his scientific potential, Daniel was awarded the URE 2023–2024 grant for his work in organic chemistry. He is also a Senior Research Assistant at Operation 12 at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), where he contributes to groundbreaking research in psychology, exploring the intersections between cognition, behavior, and mental health.
Daniel’s academic excellence began early. He completed the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme with a score of 41 out of 45, achieving perfect 7s in Higher Level Biology, Chemistry, and Business, and strong performance in his Standard Level subjects. These results reflect both his discipline and his deep understanding of scientific and conceptual frameworks.
With years of tutoring experience, Daniel has helped students across high school and university levels master difficult subjects, prepare for major exams, and build long-term academic confidence. His teaching style is clear, strategic, and empowering. He breaks down complex ideas into manageable steps, adapts his methods to suit each student's learning style, and always aims to make learning engaging, meaningful, and enjoyable.
Daniel believes that with the right support, every student is capable of excellence. He brings that belief into every session

Dimitrios graduated from the IB Diploma Programme at the Costeas-Geitonas School in Athens with the cohort's top score of 43 points. His exceptional performance granted him direct admission to the Technical University of Munich where he will pursue his Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering at a top-25 university worldwide. Dimitrios was a national finalist in the National Olympiad for Astrophysics and Astronomy and has founded and lead his school's aerospace engineering club. He is also very passionate for the humanities, where aside from complementing his science-heavy curriculum of Math and Physics HL with English and History HL, he has also successfully completed a selective honours programme in International Relations by the University of Amsterdam. Dimitrios wants to help students excel in the IB by adapting to their needs and learning methods, but also by providing structured support and guidance all along the way. He would be very happy to have a chat about any possible collaboration!

DJ graduated from the University of Waterloo with an Honours degree in Statistics and Combinatorics and Optimization. He has taught Mathematics for 17 years and is specifically trained by IB in the new math curriculum. DJ emphasizes understanding the why behind each problem rather than trying to memorize a series of steps in his sessions as this promotes long-term success in Mathematics. DJ has also been an IB examiner for the last four years and uses the knowledge he has gained from identifying common errors made by students to help students in their lessons together.

Elias is an IB graduate currently studying engineering at Trinity College
Dublin. He completed the IB Diploma with 42 points, including 7s in Mathematics
HL, Computer Science HL and Economics SL. He knows the IB syllabus inside out
and understands the pressure that comes with exam season and university
applications. He spent two years tutoring mathematics and informatics with the
national organisation Trojsten, and last year all of his students achieved a 6
or a 7 in IB Maths. He currently mentors first-year engineering students at his
university, so he can be a subject tutor as well as a study mentor!

Farhana currently teaches Mathematics at one of Toronto’s leading private schools and previously served as Head of the Mathematics Department at another school. She holds an Engineering degree from Assumption University of Thailand and a master’s degree from Framingham University. She has several years of experience teaching high school Mathematics, including IB Mathematics: Analysis and Approaches and Applications and Interpretation, and she is an IB Mathematics examiner who assesses Internal Assessments.
Farhana is deeply committed to helping students make significant progress, including students who begin at a lower achievement level and are aiming for top IB results. She believes that no student is incapable of doing Mathematics and that, with the right direction, structure, practice, and encouragement, every student can improve. Her teaching focuses on building strong conceptual understanding, mathematical confidence, clear communication, and effective exam technique.
